PA-Jarvis ("PA-Jarvis", "we", "us", or "our") is a personal assistant application designed to help users manage everyday tasks and interact with connected services and systems.

This Privacy Policy explains how PA-Jarvis collects, accesses, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the application, including information accessed through Google services.

By using PA-Jarvis, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Depending on the features you choose to use and the permissions you grant, PA-Jarvis may access information from connected services, including Google services such as:

• Google Calendar, including calendars and calendar events, when you authorize calendar functionality. 
• Google Drive, including files or folders that you authorize PA-Jarvis to access. 
• Google account information necessary to authenticate your account and provide the requested functionality. 
• Other Google services or information only when you explicitly authorize the corresponding functionality. 

PA-Jarvis requests only the permissions necessary to provide the features you choose to use.

Information accessed through connected services is used only to provide functionality requested by the user.

For example, PA-Jarvis may use authorized Google Calendar information to:

• Create, update, or delete calendar events at your request. 
• Read calendar information needed to answer your requests. 
• Help you manage your schedule. 

PA-Jarvis may use authorized Google Drive information to:

• Locate files or folders you request. 
• Read or retrieve files that you authorize the application to access. 
• Perform actions on those files that are necessary to fulfill your requests. 

PA-Jarvis may also process information you provide directly to the application in order to understand and fulfill your requests.

PA-Jarvis's access to Google user data is governed by Google's API Services User Data Policy and applicable Google API policies.

We limit our use of Google user data to providing the functionality requested by the user.

PA-Jarvis does not sell Google user data and does not use Google user data for advertising or targeted advertising.

PA-Jarvis does not use Google user data to develop, train, or improve generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.

Google user data is not transferred to third parties except when necessary to provide a user-requested feature, to comply with applicable law, to protect the security of the application, or as otherwise permitted by applicable Google policies.

Where PA-Jarvis uses external service providers to process information in order to provide a requested feature, those providers are expected to process the information only for the purposes necessary to provide that service.

Our use of information obtained through Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including applicable Limited Use requirements. 

You may provide information directly to PA-Jarvis through messages, commands, configuration information, or other interactions with the application.

This information may be processed to:

• Understand and respond to your requests. 
• Execute actions you have requested. 
• Communicate with connected services. 
• Maintain and operate the application. 
• Detect, prevent, and troubleshoot errors, abuse, or security issues. 

PA-Jarvis may store information necessary to operate the application, such as application configuration, user preferences, authentication information, task information, and information required to maintain application functionality.

Where Google authorization credentials or tokens are stored, reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used to protect them against unauthorized access.

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the requested functionality, maintain the application, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

We do not sell your personal information or Google user data.

We do not share Google user data with advertisers or data brokers.

Information may be disclosed only when reasonably necessary to:

• Provide functionality that you explicitly request. 
• Operate infrastructure or services required by PA-Jarvis. 
• Protect the security and integrity of the application. 
• Prevent fraud, abuse, or unauthorized access. 
• Comply with applicable laws or legal requirements. 
• Complete a corporate transaction such as a merger or acquisition, where permitted by law and applicable policies. 

PA-Jarvis may integrate with third-party services to provide functionality requested by the user.

Examples may include Google services, cloud infrastructure providers, artificial intelligence services, databases, and other services required to operate PA-Jarvis.

Your use of those third-party services may also be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

PA-Jarvis does not grant third-party services broader access to your information than is necessary for the functionality being provided.

We take reasonable measures to protect information processed by PA-Jarvis against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

These measures may include:

• HTTPS/TLS for information transmitted over networks. 
• Access controls. 
• Secure storage of authentication credentials and tokens. 
• Limiting access to information based on operational requirements. 
• Monitoring and security practices appropriate to the application. 

However, no electronic system or method of transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You may revoke PA-Jarvis's access to your Google account through your Google Account security settings.

When you request deletion, we will take reasonable steps to delete information that is no longer required for legitimate operational, legal, or security purposes.

Revoking Google authorization may prevent PA-Jarvis from providing features that require access to the revoked Google service.

PA-Jarvis is not intended for children under the age required by applicable law to independently consent to the processing of personal information.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to PA-Jarvis, applicable laws, or our data practices.

When we make changes, we will update the Effective Date shown at the beginning of this policy.
