These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PA-Jarvis ("PA-Jarvis", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using PA-Jarvis, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the application.

PA-Jarvis is a personal assistant application designed to help users manage tasks and interact with connected services.

Depending on the features enabled by the user, PA-Jarvis may provide functionality such as:

PA-Jarvis does not guarantee that automated responses or actions will always be accurate, complete, or appropriate.

For important matters, you should independently verify the information provided by PA-Jarvis.

PA-Jarvis may depend on third-party services, APIs, cloud infrastructure, artificial intelligence services, and other external systems.

We are not responsible for interruptions, changes, errors, or failures originating from third-party services.

Third-party services may have their own terms, policies, availability requirements, and limitations.

We will make reasonable efforts to keep PA-Jarvis available and functioning, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

PA-Jarvis may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, technical problems, network failures, security incidents, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

You agree not to use PA-Jarvis to:

• Violate applicable laws or regulations. 
• Gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or information. 
• Interfere with the operation or security of the application. 
• Attempt to circumvent security or access controls. 
• Use the service to distribute malicious software or harmful content. 
• Abuse third-party services connected to PA-Jarvis.

PA-Jarvis and its associated software, interfaces, branding, documentation, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to the developer and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of PA-Jarvis or its underlying technology to you.

You retain ownership of content and information that you provide to PA-Jarvis, subject to the rights necessary for PA-Jarvis to provide its services.

Your use of PA-Jarvis is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how information is collected, accessed, used, stored, and shared.

PA-Jarvis is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We do not guarantee that:

• The service will always be available. 
• Information provided by the application will always be accurate or complete. 
• Automated actions will always produce the intended result. 
• Third-party services will remain available or compatible. 
• The service will be free from errors or interruptions. 

PA-Jarvis is a productivity and personal-assistance tool and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional advice in areas such as medical, legal, financial, or other regulated matters.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PA-Jarvis and its developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

You may stop using PA-Jarvis at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access to PA-Jarvis where reasonably necessary to protect the application, its users, third-party services, or to comply with applicable laws or policies.

Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should continue to apply will remain in effect.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When we make changes, we will update the Effective Date shown at the beginning of the Terms.

Your continued use of PA-Jarvis after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which the developer operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
